I offer online appointments to clients who are unable to visit in person, whilst still benefitting from therapy itself. These sessions are delivered from my home environment with no distractions and confidentiality is still treated as an essential part of this therapy option.

As an extension to my counselling services, I am able to integrate a creative way of working. I understand that talking about past experiences can bring up a lot of unpleasant thoughts and feelings and sometimes working creatively can help when things feel overwhelming.

Reiki is a Japanese practice designed for stress reduction and relaxation which also promotes healing. I aim to have these services up and running by the middle of 2025!
