Online
I offer online appointments to clients who are unable to visit in person, whilst still benefitting from therapy itself. These sessions are delivered from my home environment with no distractions and confidentiality is still treated as an essential part of this therapy option.
Walk and Talk
Taking traditional counselling sessions outdoors! Available in any local open space. As nature has its own healing properties, this option can be very soothing for the soul. Creative Counselling
As an extension to my counselling services, I am able to integrate a creative way of working. I understand that talking about past experiences can bring up a lot of unpleasant thoughts and feelings and sometimes working creatively can help when things feel overwhelming.

Reiki Healing
