Booking a Service

My online sessions are delivered from my home environment with no distractions. This option allows therapy to remain accessible to clients with busy schedules and who need greater flexibility when booking. As always client confidentially is still treated as an important part of this therapy option.

Taking traditional counselling sessions outdoors! Available in any local open space. As nature has its own healing properties, this option can be very soothing for the soul.

As an extension to my counselling services, I am able to integrate a creative way of working. I understand that talking about past experiences can bring up a lot of unpleasant thoughts and feelings and sometimes working creatively can help when things feel overwhelming.

Reiki is a Japanese practice designed for stress reduction and relaxation which also promotes healing.
