Sometimes feelings and experiences can be difficult to explain — especially when emotions feel overwhelming, confusing, or deeply held.


Alongside talking therapy, I offer creative approaches where helpful. This might include simple tools such as drawing, writing, imagery, or reflective exercises to help explore thoughts and feelings in a different way.


There’s no expectation to be artistic or creative. Creative counselling is simply another gentle way of expressing, understanding, and processing your experiences at your own pace.


Creative work can support emotional reflection, help difficult feelings feel more manageable, and allow things to emerge safely when words feel hard to find.


Creative counselling might help if:


  • You struggle to put your feelings into words
