My online sessions are held from my calm, private home space — a setting free from distractions, where you can feel comfortable and at ease.


Online therapy can be a wonderful way to access support if you have a busy schedule, limited mobility, or simply prefer the convenience and familiarity of your own environment. It offers flexibility while still maintaining the same confidentiality, care, and depth as 

in-person sessions.

Creative Counselling

 

As part of my counselling services, I can integrate creative ways of working alongside traditional therapy. I understand that talking about past experiences can sometimes bring up difficult or overwhelming thoughts and feelings. 


Using creative methods can provide a gentle, alternative way to explore emotions, helping you process experiences in a safe and supportive way.

Reiki Healing


Reiki is a Japanese practice that promotes stress reduction, deep relaxation, and overall wellbeing. It can support your mental, emotional, and physical health, helping you feel more balanced and at ease.


I plan to have these services available by the beginning of 2026, and I look forward to sharing this gentle and restorative approach with clients in the near future.
