My name is Jennifer, and I am an empathetic and passionate therapist who believes that therapy can be a significant benefit to anyone's life. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space just for you. Allowing you the time you need to explore whatever is on your mind. I hope to help you gain insight, clarity, and a greater understanding of self.
I understand that reaching out can sometimes feel daunting, especially if there is a lot going on, but to make this process a little easier, I provide a Free 20 minute consultation. This can allow you the chance to ask me questions and explore how counselling can work for you.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from a variety of different approaches, finding a bespoke way of exploring thoughts, feelings, and events that may feel challenging. I believe that working with many different methods can maximise healing and encourage empowerment in situations that can often feel overwhelming.
Some of the areas that I work with are self-worth, stress including work/life balance, confidence, anxiety, low mood, eating disorders, relationships including domestic abuse, conflict, anger & rage, grief, depression, PTSD, burnout, compassion fatigue, loneliness, childhood memories, events, abuse of all kinds, neurodivergence and much more.
