Welcome, I’m Jennifer,


I’m an empathetic and passionate therapist who sees therapy as an opportunity for growth, healing, and transformation. A journey that can benefit anyone who chooses to begin it.


My role is to offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space that’s entirely yours. A place to slow down, reflect, and explore whatever feels important to you.


Together, we’ll work towards greater clarity, self-understanding, and emotional balance, helping you move forward with confidence and compassion.


Taking the First Step:
Reaching out for help can feel daunting, especially when life feels overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone.


To make things a little easier, I offer a free 20-minute consultation. A relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and see if counselling feels right for you.

How I work:

As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to create a bespoke way of working that fits your unique needs.


I believe that combining different methods can foster healing, resilience, and empowerment, even in moments that feel difficult or uncertain.
